Improve your mobility, strength, and postural imbalances through combined practice of clinical pilates, yoga, gymnastics, breath work, and self release
Jess tailors the sessions to your individual needs in order to:
- Improve core strength & stability
- Increase flexibility
- Correct muscular & postural imbalances
- Assist with injury prevention & sports performance
* A 1:1 session is required prior to joining a class to allow thorough assessment of your movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and injury history. This ensures the exercises in the sessions can be tailored to your needs. During this assessment you will also be taught correct core activation techniques and breathing patterns to ensure you get the most out of your exercise sessions. You will also be provided with an individualised exercise program that targets your body's unique needs to continue with outside your weekly session.
