Jess is an Australian Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with a strong understanding of the importance of getting you moving quickly so you can get back to doing the things you love. Comfortable working with a wide range of clients, whether it be elite athletes or weekend warriors, or children through to the elderly, Jess uses her clinical skills and knowledge of exercise and mobility to help each client get back to where they'd like to be and reach their goals.
Having also completed extensive postgraduate women's health training, Jess has a particular interest in women's heath and performance. From pre and post natal checks and exercise guidance, the menstrual cycle and its involvement in optimal performance and injury prevention, holistic management of menstrual dysfunctions and pelvic pain (special interest in endometriosis), to post menopausal issues, Jess is passionate about supporting, educating and empowering women of all ages (and their support team) to better understand their physiology for improved wellbeing throughout all stages of life.
