Having worked with and managed elite athletes and their injuries from all over the world for years via online video consultation, Jess has successfully offered this service to the wider community now for many years and has a wealth of experience in providing assessments, diagnoses, education, self management techniques, and home programs to help keep you pain free and moving well.
Although you may think you need to see a physio in person for effective treatment, this is not always the case. Research has shown that telehealth can provide outcomes just as optimally as face to face appointments.
Video consultations allow a thorough assessment so that Jess can provide you with detailed information and advice for any pains and injuries you may be experiencing. Jess will discuss relevant treatments and self management options for your situation, and work with you to find the most appropriate plan to ensure a quick recovery.
An individually tailored exercise program specific to your needs and goals will be provided and updated over subsequent consultations to ensure thorough injury rehabilitation, improved movement efficiency and injury prevention, and ultimately greater sports performance.
